We will work with you to give you the skills you need to be able to keep up the good Time Management practices we teach you, even once the course is over and the trainer has gone. This highly interactive and innovative approach can be tailored for groups or individuals.
We begin with a short seminar (30-60 minutes) where you will be introduced to the key tools for better personal efficiency. We then move straight over to your desk where you will have a one-to-one coaching session with one of our expert trainers. During the course of the hour we examine how you organise your time, your space and your files (both paper and electronic).
There are a number of practical habits that, once learned, can transform the way in which you work. These habits greatly enhance your efficiency and sense of control over your work. As you will be working at your desk for most of the training session you can achieve ‘real’ work goals rather than taking time away for a course.
After this introduction to time management, you will have a helpful follow-up session two weeks later, which ensures that the good habits stick!
